A. Select the trip of your choice -- work with us to choose just the perfect trip for what you want -- then
B. Call Ventures Outdoors to be sure this trip is still available - outfitters and guides can take only a limited number of hunters per season -- trips may not be available -- so please call as soon as you know which trip you want, then
C. Ask any questions or obtain further information if you wish - we want you to be absolutely sure there are no details you don't know about, then
D. When your "Agreement for Services" form (a contract) comes by mail or FAX, CALL YOUR OUTFITTER TO CONFIRM DETAILS OF YOUR TRIP TO YOUR SATISFACTION, then sign it as soon as possible since trips are almost always reserved on a "first-come first-served" basis
E. Mail your deposit and "agreement for Services" form to Ventures Outdoors without delay. Outfitters and Guides will only hold a trip for you a short while before booking someone else in your place
